Christ the King Spiritual Life Center is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Albany. We are located in Washington County, New York at the edge of Greenwich and Easton, beside the Vermont border. Our property encompasses 612 acres, with a private 36-acre lake, several ponds, a nature preserve and natural wetland, miles of trails, and outdoor activities for all seasons.
Christ the King was created to consolidate and expand the existing ministries of the Diocese of Albany on one location. [Read more about the history of CtK]
Christ the King is a place where people come to pray, to grow closer to Jesus Christ, and to experience community in an environment of natural beauty and living faith. CtK incorporates a variety of ministries with a common mission on one location.
Our Ministries
The Healing Ministry is where we listen, love, and pray for those seeking healing in the name of Jesus, and teach others to do the same. Beaver Cross Youth Ministry offers summer camp and year-round youth programs to show young people what a relationship with Jesus means. The Sisters of St. Mary, our partners in ministry, live a common life of prayer, worship, and agricultural work. People from our local communities come to CtK for concerts, dinners, clubs, and other activities. Our regular worship services are open to all, and our ever-growing Theological Library holds a wealth of study materials and ministry resources.
Our Guests
Christ the King welcomes all individuals, families and groups who respect the Christian values of our community. Our guests include church groups of all denominations, individuals and families, clergy, civic and community groups, not-for-profit organizations, colleges & universities, business groups, vacationers, and many others. They come for Christian retreats and programs, weddings and family reunions, rest and relaxation. Our Hospitality team is eager to help you plan your next retreat or event, and strives to exceed your expectations.
We invite you to visit Christ the King yourself to learn about our ministries and what we can do for you. If you would like to receive more information about Christ the King, sign up for our mailing list by sending your address to info@ctkcenter.org, or by calling 518-692-9550
